Assistant Director of Public Policy and Government Affairs
Overview: Assists with the coordination of Oklahoma Farm Bureau’s state and national affairs programs and serves as liaison at the state capital, congressional offices and staff. Assists as directed with OKFB’s Political Action Committee, including fundraising and other political activities. Provides support to the Public Policy Division with policy development and implementation efforts through regulatory and legislative involvement. Assists with supporting and organizing county legislative programs.
Overview: Under the direction of the Vice President of Communications & Public Relations, manage Oklahoma Farm Bureau’s print publications and electronic communications while providing technical and creative support in the department to promote the organization’s activities and the image of Oklahoma agriculture. This position will be approximately 60% written/verbal communication and 40% graphic design support.
