For the first time, the U.S. Census Bureau will allow respondents to complete the census online. The questionnaire also can be completed by phone or by mail.
When completing the questionnaire, you should count every person living in your household on April 1, 2020. Learn more about special circumstances here.
In May 2020, the Census Bureau will begin following up in person with those who households have not responded.
