The Oklahoma Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture will host two fundraising activities for OKFB members to support the foundation during the 2023 OKFB Annual Meeting Nov. 10-12 in Oklahoma City.
The foundation will host their annual silent auction in the Oklahoma Station 1-3 rooms and the Pinion Room at the Oklahoma City Omni Hotel and Convention Center.
The auction will feature numerous donated items that OKFB members can place bids on from 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 10, and from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11. Silent auction items must be paid for and picked up by no later than 4 p.m. on Saturday.
OKFB members will also have a final opportunity to purchase foundation raffle tickets for a chance to win a Weatherby Vanguard S2 Sporter rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, valued at $929 MSRP.
Tickets are available for a donation of $20 each and will be available for purchase at the annual meeting. The drawing for the rifle will take place at Saturday night’s dinner and awards banquet, and ticket holders do not have to be present to win. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder is bound to the terms and conditions of the drawing, which are available on the reverse side of each ticket stub. The ticket purchase price is not tax deductible.
Funds raised from the silent auction and the raffle will support the foundation’s ongoing efforts to support the agriculture community and rural Oklahoma.
