HE IS OPTIMISTIC GOING INTO THE NEW YEAR

The ponds are full and the grass is starting to recover from an historic drought on Clarence Vache’s ranch near Randlett in southern Oklahoma. Vache says that is part of the reason he is optimistic about 2012.
