STIGLER FARMER WINS DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD

Ralph Kelly, Stigler, OK farmer and rancher, recently received the OFB Distinguished Service Award. Kelly says he “has always loved” working as a Farm Bureau volunteer.
