Too many wild horses and burros

Callie Hendrickson, Grand Junction, Colo., is chairman of the AFBF advisory committee on public lands. She testified at a Sept. 2 BLM hearing in Oklahoma City that there are twice as many wild horses as allowed by law on the grazing lands.
